Have you heard of the Narayani Remedies? If yes, would you like to learn more about them? I will be sharing some Narayani Remedies learning resources in this post for those who are familiar with the Narayani Remedies and would like to learn more about them.
The Narayani Remedies are specialty Homeopathic combination remedies, kind of like the ultimate in homeopathic combo remedies. If you are not familiar with the Narayani Remedies you can find out a bit about them here.
Narayani Remedies Learning Resources
So first off for anyone who does not already have it, Namisha Parekh’s book on the Narayani Remedies is a must! You will learn so much just from reading her book. For more in depth information, more of the “why” behind some of the remedy combinations, Handbook on Healing 1 & 2 are beneficial to read.
Homeopathy Phillipines has 2 great videos on their YouTube channel going over Narayani Remedies, Part 1 and Part 2. A total of almost 4 hours of video teaching on the Narayani Remedies between the 2 videos.
Caroline Gaskin also has a great teaching video about the Narayani Remedies on her YouTube channel you can watch that here. She offers a more in depth course through her website if you are a homeopathy student or practitioner and would like to learn more from her on the Narayani Remedies.
Namisha Parekh has a course on the Narayani Remedies as well. I actually took Namisha’s practitioner course on Narayani remedies, though it does not seem to be currently available. She is definitely VERY knowledgable on Narayani remedies so anything from her would be great.
Mette Mitchell runs a course from time to time on the Narayani Remedies. You can see when the course is running on her web page here. This is a course I have not taken so I cannot provide any info beyond what is listed on the webpage.
Atiq Bhatti who has the podcast The Homeopathy Health Show has a number of Narayani courses available. I have taken Part 1 & 2 and found them quite informative.
There are a few Facebook groups on the topic of the Narayani Remedies. This one is the most active and seems to be a good resource of information for its members. (UPDATE this group has unfortunately been deleted.) This group seems to be getting busier and occasionally there are announcements on upcoming Narayani courses.
I will update this space with additional resources as I find them so check back in occasionally.
How I Use Narayani Remedies in Practice
As a classically trained homeopath combination remedies were something I came to later. The Narayani Remedies have been a nice addition in confused cases, complex cases, for organ support, and animal cases especially (for some reason I find animals respond really well to them). When you need to give a remedy but have yet to ascertain the specific remedy that is needed at the moment, Narayani Remedies are nice to give. Often they will bring some degree of relief, cure the case completely, or bring the picture forward of what needs to be addressed and prescribed on – which may have been obscured previously.
I admit I don’t often prescribe them, but when I do they always help in one way or another.
In this post I shared about using homeopathy to stay healthy through the winter months and many of the recommendations are Narayani Remedies. I often will use a combo remedy that includes a Narayani Remedy for winter prophylaxis with clients who request it.
Well that concludes the information I currently have to share on Narayani Remedies learning resources. Like I said, check back occasionally for updates and sign up for my Newsletter to stay up to date on future posts and announcements.
