Have you been instructed to use a water dose when taking your homeopathic remedy? If so follow the steps below.
Water Dosing
First Dose:
Put 2-3 pellets (or 2-3 drops of a liquid remedy) of the remedy in 1c good quality drinking water. Let it dissolve. Stir once and take 1 tsp by mouth.
Consecutive Doses:
Stir the water solution 5-10 times, take 1 tsp of the water solution by mouth. For all following doses, stir 5-10 times prior to taking 1 tsp of the water solution by mouth.
Avoid food or drink 10 minutes before or after taking a homeopathic remedy (water is fine).
If you do not have a teaspoon available to measure your doses, a small sip is fine for dosing each time.
When would you use homeopathic water dosing?
Water dosing is great to use when treating acute illness. It is useful in help the body through a healing reaction, or aggravation, if one arises after a dose of a homeopathic remedy. It can also be utilized in homeopathic detox courses and constitutional treatment if prescribed.
