Cell Salt Detox Protocol

Cell Salt Detox Protocol

I wanted to share a simple cell salt detox protocol utilizing two cell salts.

Cell Salts, also known as Tissue Salts, or Schuessler Salts, are a system of medicine that has been incorporated into homeopathy. These salts are known as “cellular nutrition” and deal with metabolism, detox, strengthening, and rebuilding of tissues. There are 12 basic cell salts and 22-25 lesser known cell salts.

The cell salts being utilized in this protocol are:

Kali mur – for ailments arising after vaccines, ingested toxins, medications, and “pharma sludge”. Known as the “clean up” tissue salt. Think of Kali mur as the “release the garbage” stage of detox, releasing toxins from their stored areas, generally intracellular.

Nat sulph – aids the body in carrying out and eliminating waste and debris. It also helps to support the liver. Think of Nat sulph as the “take out the garbage” stage of detox. It helps the body to carry away and eliminate the toxins that were released. This ensures those previously stored toxins do not find their way back into the tissues and cells.

Simple  Cell Salt Detox Protocol

  • AM daily – #5 Kali mur – 10 pellets
  • PM daily – #11 Natrum sulph – 15 pellets

The remedies must be administered in this order.

This protocol works as a good general detox.

Be sure not to use this protocol prior to anesthesia.

Duration should be no more than 2 weeks.

This is an excellent seasonal clean up. A suggestion would be to do it during the springtime once per year.

Again this is a simple “do it yourself” protocol for detox. For complex issues please book in for a consultation.
